- Abstract
Introduction. Bibliometric indicators are statistics that describe the characteristics and the importance of scientific researches. The objective of this study is to make a bibliometric diagnosis of the CONAMED Magazine. Method and materials. A basal analysis on content and indicators is presented in the CONAMED Magazine in the 2008-2012 period. Results. 175 articles were published in 20 ordinary numbers and 6 supplements, of which 95 were original articles (54.3%). 46% editorial inbreeding, 41.82 internationality, 7.17 quotes/year, H 4 index, visibility percentage of 74.8%. Conclusions. CONAMED Magazine is a highly specialized publication that follows the international standards and it is showing an increasing in its influence through the analysed indicators, but there still is a long way to go.
