- Abstract
Progressive non-infectious anterior vertebral fusion (Copenhagen Syndrome) is a progressive spinal disease usually presenting in early childhood with the symptoms like thoracolumbar kyphosis, and limited movement. Neurological abnormalities rarely may occur. Orthopedic surgery with multi-disciplinary approach is required for the treatment. In this case report, we discussed a rare variation of Copenhagen syndrome which is not seen in the literature, in a 20 year old female patient with direct X-ray and magnetic resonance images.
