The article examines the efforts of the Metropolitan State College of Denver in Colorado to foster change in the attitudes of the faculty and their practices surrounding peer classroom observations. It mentions the lack of the elements for creating a culture at the college. It notes that the college mandates peer observations for summative evaluation purposes. It also emphasizes the design of the Peer Observation Instruction for Continuous Improvement program.
