- Abstract
The article focuses on the several court cases of Missouri. The case discussed include Wilson v. Dura-Seal, Inc. in which appellant Patricia A. Wilson which appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Respondent Dura-Seal and Stripe, Inc. on negligent construction claim, State ex rel. Norfolk S. Ry. Co. v. Dolan on personal injury action brought against it under the Federal Employer's Liability Act and Brady v. Starke on fee-sharing agreement with breach of contract.
