The article discusses the author's views about the lessons about statutory interpretation that can be learned by examining the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the case King v. Burwell which deals with nation's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), and it mentions the U.S. Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and legal remedies. The U.S. Congress, a major questions legal doctrine, and legislative intent are assessed.
