- Abstract
The author reports on the ideals and regulations in Brazil in regards to borrowing money from other countries. Regulations in Brazil regarding borrowing money which are part of the country’s Constitution and the National Law of Fiscal Responsibility are discussed. Restrictions which have been placed on the country’s borrowing practices through governmental borrowing policies are discussed. Recommendations which have been made in regards to Brazil improving their borrowing practices are mentioned.
