The article presents the view of managing partner of Johnston Rorke (JR) Pharmacy Services of Australia Mark Nicholson on the costumer's sensitivity to price competition in pharmacy. Nicholson discusses the downward pricing situation arises by the price competition in the global economy and there is a requirement of an alternative model that sustaining pharmacy value to attract and retain the customers.
