The article presents the discussion on woman diagnosed with vascular dementia living in a memory care facility. Topics include state law prohibiting individuals with adverse child abuse records from working in a childcare facility; and developing significant infrastructure through the child protection programs and using the systems for improving protections for vulnerable adults.
