- Authors
Lynch, Paul
- Abstract
The article focuses on the theory of René Girard that states while language may encourage mimetic desire but it does not create situations for such desire, which insists human beings to say the first words. He also states that language is a medium to see everything clear or nothing depending upon the thoughts. He also discusses about tragic poets relating them as rhetoric or in seductive disguise that can be unveiled by the truth.
