- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 61-year old male patient with hemoptysis of fresh blood and blood clots. He was diagnosed with a right upper lung lobe tumor and was found to have a non-homogeneous infiltrative mass in the right upper lung. The patient underwent right pneumonectomy and later died from fatal bronchial obstruction due to a tumor fragment from the contralateral lung.
