- Abstract
The article focuses on the cases of the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) regarding the profanity and the employee swearing and the employee rights and limits thereon. Topics discussed include online talk on social media that takes place on the employees' own time, activity under the section 7 of the U.S. National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and remedy for the employer unfair labor practices.
