- Abstract
The article focuses on the steps that judges must take to prevent the undermining of their impartiality when using online social media. Topics include the limitations placed on judges in order to preserve the integrity of the judicial office, the rules of professional conduct for judges, and the recusal or disqualification of judges. Information is provided on the increase in the use of social media networks and the maintenance of judicial dignity. The article offers advice on how judges can navigate social networks.
