- Abstract
The article presents various legal case studies related to obstetrics and gynecology patients. A lawsuit was filed against a physician for neglecting a woman with uterine cancer who died. A woman sued a doctor, who had failed to open the cervix with the appropriate dilators to gain access to the cervical and endometrial cavity. A woman sued the delivering obstetrician for not performing cesarean delivery even if she had symptoms of gestational diabetes.
