Topics discussed include the reasons for the declining level of trust among clients towards financial planners, the challenges facing financial planners in terms of earning their clients' trust and the levels of trust between planners and their clients, including a client's trust in the planner's knowledge, trust in the planner's ethical conduct and trust in the planner's empathetic skills.
