- Abstract
The article presents a study which analyzes the improvement of the in vitro immunization method of the multivalent antigen peptide for human monoclonal antibodies tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). The study uses antigens and reagents, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and phage-display approach to determine the anti-peptide antibody elicitation. The result shows that the antigen-specific antibody response has been enhanced by the monoclonal TNF-α (mTNF-α).
