- Abstract
The article focuses on the aspects of the use of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the backscatter technology (BT) at borders. It states that the CBP uses BT in borders with drive-through vehicle inspection systems. It says that CBP also uses BT-equipped vehicles to inspect contraband and security threats. Moreover, BT under the Fourth Amendment is also discussed.
