- Abstract
The article presents a study on the role of discoidin (DS) domain of β-galactosidase (BgaD) derived from Bacillus circulans in inhibitory process of galactooligosaccharide (GOS) production. It states that the production process involves the removal of signal peptide mutant for the comparison of reaction behaviors. It mentions an experiment of surface plasmon resonance which indicates that DS domain and wild-type has a similarity for galactosyllactose.
