- Abstract
This article discusses the ethical, social, political, and anthropological issues raised by the Covid-19 pandemic. It explores how the pandemic brought a collective experience of death and the various responses to this new situation. The article also examines the interdisciplinary analysis and reflection needed to understand the pandemic and prevent similar situations in the future. It further discusses the role of digital technologies in healthcare, the impact on spirituality and religion, and the need to reconsider the notion of global health. The article concludes by highlighting three important lessons from the pandemic: the unity of human rights, the deepening of inequalities, and the use of emergency legislation.
