- Abstract
In order to determine the water resources carrying capacity of the Yellow River diversion area in Henan Province, three criteria layers of water resources, ecological environment and economic society were built. A TOPSIS model based on the combination of AHP and EWM weights was used to evaluate the comprehensive water resources carrying capacity of the area from 2010 to 2021. The results show that from 2010 to 2021, the water resources carrying capacity of the Yellow River diversion area in Henan Province shows an upward trend, but the overall level of water resources carrying capacity is relatively lower, most of them are level III (critical), but they have not reached level I(bearable); In 2021, the water supply modulus has the greatest impact on the carrying capacity of water resources in the water diversion areas of Henan Province, while the urban sewage treatment rate has the smallest impact; From the perspective of water resources and ecological environment standards, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the water resources carrying capacity of the region, which can be improved by increasing water resources management efforts and strengthening water-saving publicity.
