- Abstract
Chemical disinfectant has a sterilization effect, but it has the side effects on the environment and human health. Non-chemical disinfectant electrolytic ionized water was used in this study to convert pure water into ionized water with disinfection effect through electrolytic technology. This study attempted to use different concentrations of ionized water to test the effectiveness of disinfection and deodorization of the pig farm. The results showed that the number of bacterial colonies decreased significantly after spraying with different concentrations of ionized water (P < 0.05), high concentration of ionized water decreased significantly to hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas (P < 0.05) and had an inhibitory effect on specific bacteria. Therefore, high concentration ionized water has good disinfection and deodorization effect and is suitable for use in the pig farm.
