- Abstract
Today more than ever, man has control on nature so much that he himself becomes unable to control his own control, to know his knowledge, and to ignore the reason for his reason. The current conjunctures of human intelligence on the environment in general and on the African in particular urgently need to be rethought and reinterpreted, in order to maintain the African continent as a project-nature. Being at the crossroads of Africa will capsize in an uncertain environment in which it will be impossible to live if Africa in particular and mankind in general do not take precautions and do not build and work for a more responsible and caring society to come up. On pain of collective death, the mastery of our mastery is a categorical imperative. This reflection is one of the ways to get through the matter, since the restoration, the setting up and the respect of the precautionary principle become of an unavoidable necessity.
