- Abstract
Several entities appear in the economic competition whose interests are diametrically opposed at first sight. In economic practice those organizations are most visible that have different, many times aggressive, competitive strategies in today's hyper-competitive environment. From the point of economic competition, the consumer is an underestimated entity despite the fact that it is first of all the consumer who can benefit from well designed and effective competition. Based on this, it is possible to derive an important characteristic feature of economic competition, particularly one of its objectives consumer welfare.
