- Authors

- Abstract
Covid-19 has dramatically changed how services for people with disabilities operate in Ireland. Underlying this is the process whereby the focus in service provision and design is moving towards a right-based approach which places the rights and dignity of the person with disabilities at the forefront of services ([5]; [6]). Guidelines issued on providing end-of-life care to people with disabilities at home was followed by statements issued by human rights organisations to reaffirm the rights of people with disabilities to access to acute healthcare similar to other citizens of Ireland.
