- Abstract
A method for the simultaneous determination of trichothecene mycotoxins T-2, HT-2, deoxynivalenol, and nivalenol (0.01-5 mg/kg) in grain and mixed feed by gas-liquid chromatography with an electron-capture detector was developed. The mycotoxins were extracted from the samples with acetonitrile, and the extracts were cleaned up using the QuEChERS method. The derivatives of target components with trifluoracetic anhydride ( TFAA) were obtained simultaneously with the additional purification and preconcentration of the extract by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction. The analysis time was shorter than 1 h, and the relative standard deviation of the results of analysis was not exceed 5%.
