- Title
What the general election means for midwives.
- Authors
Froggatt, Hannah
- Abstract
The article discusses the potential impact that a general election in June 2017 might have on midwives in Great Britain, and it mentions British Prime Minister Theresa May and the effect that Great Britain's Brexit Referendum (Brexit) vote is going to have on the country's National Health Service (NHS). Brexit's possible impact on the ability of health workers from other European Union countries to seek employment with the NHS is examined, along with the quality of British medical care.
