Abstract

The article explains the importance for companies to improve their operations management and organizational behavior management and factors that motivate employees' performance and job satisfaction. Topics discussed include job design and redesign, job empowerment and enrichment, job rotation, job flexibility, workplace safety, role of workplace culture in affecting employees' attitudes, behaviors and motivation, ways to instill customer service into the company, and employees as company asset.
