- Abstract
The current investigation was done to know the "Impact of Teaching Quality on Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of the Students at University Level". The major purposes of this study were to find out the university teachers' teaching quality as professed by the university students and explore the impact of teaching quality on motivation and learning satisfaction of the students at university level. The study was quantitative in nature and based on observations of university students,which have to be attained by a questionnaire of quality teaching of university teachers. This research design comprised of demonstrating a sample and defining the structures of the sampled participants. The population of the study was all the students of Bahauddin Zakariya University, Bahadur Sub Campus Layyah. There were total 1387 students where 402 students in the Faculty of Commerce, Law & Business Administration, 271 students from social Science Faculty, 255 students in the faculty of Languages & Islamic Studies and 459 students in the faculty of Sciences. A sample of 100 students selected through a random technique of sampling. The data were collected by using a questionnaire as a research tool and was evaluated as "frequencies, means, standard deviations, and correlations". Correlation was employed to find out the relationship between independent and dependent variables (i.e teaching quality, motivation and learning satisfaction). Regression was applied to determine the impact of teaching quality on motivation and learning satisfaction of students in the universities.
