Praxeologisch-wissenssoziologische Unterrichtsforschung: Norm und Habitus in fachunterrichtlichen Praxen der Sekundarstufe in Kanada.
- Abstract
This paper explores the possibilities of using the recently developed categories of the Praxeological Sociology of Knowledge, to describe conjunctive spaces of experience generated in organizations, to empirically reconstruct classroom practice and to guide a transnational comparison. The analysis is based on videotaped mathematics lessons and a group discussion with student attending a secondary school in Canada. The results show not only that the new categories are well suited for analyzing how the tensions between norm and habitus are dealt with in organizations, but also that societal-school norms and their inherent social or student identities are dealt with in these practices.
