- Abstract
The article focuses on Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters which provides protection to its signatory states. It mentions need to confront the Due Process and jurisdictional concerns the Convention raises in connection to American domestic law. It also mentions international community to adopt this Convention in order to minimize litigation risk in cross border transactions.
