- Abstract
The article presents information on the default judgments committed during the trials with reference to the federal rules of the civil procedure. It discusses the equitable decree pro confesso that was traced back to the time of Justinian the Roman Emperor. Information on the decree of nil dicit with reference to the defendants and the entry of the courts of common law to that decree is also presented.
