- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 63-year-old man with relapsed lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) and bone marrow failure which is referred to undergo haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). It says that the patient did not have HLA histocompatibility antigens which cause to receive unmodified bone marrow donor with a mismatch on its antigen during transplantation. It adds that a second transplant was performed with Immunosuppressive and low toxicity and low rate of graft failure.
