The article focuses on public forum doctrine with standard of free speech doctrine and designated public forums with the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Walker v. Texas Division, Sons of Confederate Veterans, Inc. It mentions that limited public forum and government speech models and constitutional right is implicated by state action. It also mentions that affirmative First Amendment values can be preserved by ensuring strong protection against state regulation.
