The article discusses the significance of evidence gathered by matrimonial attorneys from social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter, in order to resolve cases involving claims related to Family Law. It disseminates the process of obtaining social network evidence and reflects its advantages and disadvantages to divorce attorneys. It focuses on the main evidentiary obstacle presented by this new form of electronic evidence.
