KIRILL, METROPOLITAN
- Abstract
The article discusses the liberal and traditional view on religious philosophy and value. The author believes that divine truth should be reflected both in human rights and freedoms, and in the national and cultural identity of a person. The author tells that revolutionary movements occurred to nurture the concept of liberalism of human beings from social, political, national, religious, legal and other limitations. The author tells that freethinkers, atheists and pantheists came with the idea to form the liberal worldview by postulating freedom of man as the highest value. The author admits that non-Christian monotheistic religions believe in the idea of faithfulness to their religious identity.
