- Abstract
In this article the author, who is the Chief Judge of the Maryland Court of Appeals, reflects on his initiatives and accomplishments regarding betterment of the Maryland Judiciary. He discusses some significant changes that have been made in the judiciary which include launching of the Maryland Access to Justice Commission to provide fuller access to justice, improving the case expedition and timeliness by forming the Maryland Electronic Courts and creating fairness in the judicial process.
