- Title
Physics: A quantum less quirky.
- Authors
Lloyd, Seth
- Abstract
The article focuses on the mathematical theory of quantum mechanics. Physicist Wojciech Zurek believes that electrons correspond to the functions or vectors as well as physical transformations on linear operators or matrices for vector functions. He adds that measurement of the system should match to the appropriate mathematical operator to the vector that describes the system and eigenvalue. Zurek states that the same result is obtained in the second measurement based on the theorem that prohibits identical copies of an unknown quantum state.
