Abstract
The article describes the controversy of international outrage towards six medical workers sentenced to death by the Libyan court on the charges of infecting more than 400 children with HIV through contaminated medical supplies, which were later proved baseless. The Libyan government assuring the scientific community that it will conduct a fair and impartial trial is also mentioned.
