- Abstract
The current Information Society greatly increases the level of need for "entertainment", -in opposition to what until now has been the traditional model of mass media, more related to the concept of information-, with what this may mean changing social values and references to the younger generation. Many studies indicate the distance in which young people talk about the mainstream media for Internet. They all point to how the press, magazines, film, radio and television have been losing young audience in recent years. However, further increases each year the consumption of media worldwide. The question is then what is changing in consumption model? Do they have the younger generation a different approach?
