The article deals with the problem of ramping that compromised the ability of ambulance services to meet patient needs and provide care on many occasions. Topics covered include the failure to meet the twenty-minute time needed for ambulances to offload their patients, the reason behind the temporary disappearance of the problem of ramping, and the estimated number of hours of ramping registered by St. John Ambulance in July 2020.
