The article focuses on the method of analysis of 2, 4, 6-trichloroanisole (TCA), a chemical compound derived from anisole, in wine with the HS-trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) system equipped with HS-20trap headspace sampler technology for highly sensitive analysis. It discusses the analytical conditions for the analysis of the compound. It also presents a table related to the analytical condition for the measurement of the compound.
