- Abstract
The article offers information regarding a study on the analysis of mitochondrial genome and the glycolysis pathway of diminazene aceturate (DA)-resistant Babesia gibsoni isolate in dogs. It concludes that mitochondrial genes are not directly involved in the development of DA resistance. It also concludes that the glycolysis pathway is not activated in the DA-resistant isolate.
