- Abstract
In recent years, using network pharmacology and molecular docking technology to reveal the therapeutic targets of irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS) has become a research hotspot. This paper summarizes 31 studies of traditional Chinese medicine for IBS by domestic and foreign scholars, and expounds the action mechanism of single drug drug pair and compound prescription in the treatment of IBS from the aspects of drug activity, action target, biological process and pathway analysis. It also discusses the shortcomings and prospects of network pharmacology and molecular docking technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research, and provides reference for expanding the research ideas of traditional Chinese medicine in treating IBS.
