- Abstract
Menu is described that can be used both as a tool for marketing and strategic in food and beverage businesses. In this context, menu analysis has taken place as an important issue in the literature. Compliance with the outcomes to be achieved depends on the cost calculating methods used for analysis and thought to have different consequences according to contemporary methods or traditional methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences that may emerge selection of Time Driven ABC system as a method to be used in the calculations than the traditional menu analysis method. With a sample application demonstrated the differences as a result of using Time Driven ABC system and tried to explain the contribution of management decisions.
