- Abstract
The article focuses the results of a subgroup analysis regarding the recurrence of IgA vasculitis with nephritis (IgAVN) in children, particularly emphasizing the efficacy of combination therapy with corticosteroids, mizoribine, and renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system (RAAS) inhibitors in managing nephrotic syndrome. Topics include the significance of RAAS inhibitors in treating IgA nephropathy and the administration of intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy for severe IgAVN cases.
