- Abstract
The article presents a reprint of an article that appeared in the March 2014 issue of "Product Liability Committee newsletter." It focuses on the new U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rule on drug labeling and in concern to generic pharmaceutical manufacturers and product liability claims. The U.S Supreme Court case discussed include Wyeth v. Levine involving a strict-liability claims under Vermont law and PLIVA Inc. v. Mensing based on claims under Minnesota and Louisiana law.
