- Abstract
The article discusses the potential impact of drawing funds of knowledge to connect student's interest and experiences to engineering. It mentions several categories of funds of knowledge including household management, workplace skills and recreation. Also suggest ways to incorporate the categories of funds of knowledge to teachers into their teaching such as developing skills and lines of reasoning as useful resources and learning a variety of tools to solve problems for entry-level jobs.
