- Abstract
The article discusses on the specific measures that affect imports of poultry from China. It highlights the interface between international trade and investment law and municipal and international risk regulation. It explores the poultry case linked to Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS), a dispute decided by the World Trade Organization (WTO) panel which involved China. It also includes three major developments relating to the existing SPS case law.
