- Abstract
The article discusses the reasons why faculty developers should encourage the faculty to let their students in on what it means to become educated. It cites the need to build the students' metacognitive ability by mentoring them to reflect frequently on "What are we really doing here?" to clear the effort of gaining knowledge. It suggests designing a full, deep and consistent learning experiences at all scales by giving mindful attention to all spheres of a simple generator with 4 components.
