- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28-year-old male patient who had a dermoid cyst at the upper lumbar level as part of a complex congenital craniospinal malformation. It provides details about intradural dermoid cysts rupture as well as subarachnoid dissemination of lipid droplets. The use of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging is presented.
