- Abstract
The authors reflect on the quality of reporting of randomized controlled trial (RCT) for nephrology trials. The authors mention the requirements set by the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) Statement for clinical trials which include explanation of method, identification of randomization, and stratification. They argue that insufficiency of reporting could make the results much weaker and its evidentiary value could be diminished.
